Curves

I took the first step. I joined Curves. Even got a 50% discount on my membership fee and the first 30 days free. Awesome.

I have not been to a Curves in over a year and I'll just say that it was super easy to get right back into. I feel great. One simple work-out and my whole day just started off right. Even though I had to get up at 5:30 this morning. I start work at 7:30am. So I figure I should go to Curves three times a week and do cardio twice a week. At least that's the goal.

I also made a menu complete with calories for today and was surprised to see that I was under 1000 calories. I feel that I should be between 1000-1200 daily. So I added cheese to my salad and a bowl of soup to bring me up to 1110, yay!

Day one, success :-)
